Good day Is it possible to operate a hard disk with this? or is the power supply too weak for this?

No, it does not work.
I use the "RaidSonic ICY BOX ext.1x3.5/2.5" IB-AC705-6G enclosure", which comes with a power supply unit. In addition, the HD can be installed in the enclosure.
I use this part for a WD green and it works perfectly.
