I recently bought this microphone to make videos and audio recordings with better sound quality, but when I try to record, the app (Samsung galaxy A16) uses the phone's microphone and not the Bluetooth dji, which tells me that it is connected just for calls.
How can I get it to do what I originally bought it for?

Good evening
I had the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy S21. The microphone does not work with the smartphone's integrated camera. You need the "Blackmagic Camera" app from the Play Store, for example. The Filmic Pro app and other apps also work. I downloaded the "Blackmagic Camera" app and lo and behold, it worked. The videos are saved in the newly created folder in the picture gallery.

I don't have a Samsung, but an iPhone, which had the same problem with the Apple camera app. With the app: Blackmagic Camera (free), however, I can select the mic.
