Good day Does this lens also fit directly (without adapter or similar) on the Sony Alpha 7ii ?

Since this is a lens for APSC cameras and the A 7ii is a full frame camera, it doesn't fit.

It fits and it works. But it only illuminates the APS-C image circle. It makes no sense on the A7II. The equivalent would be the Tamron 28-200 for E mount.
