Does the Display Dock HD 500 "only" work with Lumia 950 smartphones and/or also with other smartphones and tablets (with Win 10) from HP, Asus, etc.? Thank you

According to my experience it perfectly works with Huawei P20 Pro. And will work with any Huawei which supports Easy Projection.
should work with all Windows 10 Mobile smartphones.
