For the second time this month, I was waiting until 1am because there were over 10 in stock. Although I was updating non-stop, the shopping cart button never turned blue (active) and there was no email notification. Nevertheless, suddenly they are all sold out. I find this totally unfair. There is some trick or it is taken by employees. In any case, I see that several Xboxes from this month, with Digitec warranty, are being sold on Ricardo. The real gamers don't get any and certain people get rich off the bad luck of others. I definitely won't buy one on Ricardo and you at Digitec should somehow regulate the sale more fairly.
Same here... pressed the refresh button again and again for over an hour... and poof... all gone. No chance
same situation... 00:59:55 full stock. 01:00:00 any stock available.. any notification received so... Digitec... don't fool us!

I do not understand you. On 18.11 at around 6pm, my colleague was able to put the Xbox in the shopping basket and it was sold/sent on 23.11 as indicated by Digitec. He also received it yesterday. So what is this all about?
When I called and asked if it was possible to order the console by phone, I was told that it was not. I was told to try my luck at midnight... again in vain. One lie after another... a pity for my efforts
Extremely poor service and very poor performance from Digitec! Why do you treat your customers so badly!
