Warranty case. Complete a form, send it to repair, probably they’ll send you a new one.

I just tested it on myself and thought at first that maybe you could try cleaning it with a cotton bud or something. But that doesn't seem to do much good. 
If you haven't had the product for 2 years, I would complain about the defect.
