Hmm, all updates installed? Otherwise, I would advise you to back up the data and then copy the data (not a complete backup) again. So that you have a new Windows... the problem can unfortunately have many causes - from hardware to software.
A lot of data on it? Try updating the graphics driver. Remove quick start from energy-saving settings. If it does not work. Back up data and reinstall via recovery partition. If it still doesn't work -hardware problem-. Hdd possibly defective
