Question about Google pixel 5

First it said sometime in November, then it became early December and now it says early February. Have so many deliveries really been cancelled?

I don't think the deliveries have failed, however, the deliveries are constantly sold out again and therefore the delivery date is pushed further and further back. Fortunately, I still got a unit from the first delivery and it was delivered at the beginning of November.
