I suspect it is a warranty issue. 
You need a mmcx to 3.5mm jack cable.
At digitec it would be https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/fiio-rc-mmcx1s-60cm-kopfhoererkabel-6520457, which is currently not available.
Alternatively you can use the supplied balanced cable with the help of a Fiio BL35 or a Fiio L26 adapter. (google helps).
