Er, is it normal if the part that holds the phone doesn't fit, it's impossible to screw it on, which makes this thing ridiculous? Can the part that holds the phone be screwed on? Because no matter how well I understand how this thing works, I can't get my phone to fit on a tripod designed for this purpose... please help.

So I have/had no problem with this?
I use an iPhone from Apple and also have various accessories from Hama. - I streamed with it for several hours and I would buy the Traveler tripod again at any time for this price.
