Does this work with a Macbook Air? Saw that there is also a "slot" on the side, but can't find any tech. Specifications

Yes, MacOS is supported - BUT: The memory card is extremely shaky, as it is often not mounted after hibernation or restart. Despite the "JetDrive Toolbox" with Power Save switched on. It seems to be a known problem of MacOS vs. memory cards. The card runs - but has to be regularly inserted/removed manually in order to be recognised again.
