Question about Yealink W56H Handset
Does this work normally on the Swiss telephone network without additional purchases? Thanks for an answer from someone who has bought and installed this.

Hello, you first need a Yealink W56P with the article number 20713904. Then you should check with your supplier whether they support one of the following protocols: SIP, SIP v2, RTCP-XR, VQ-RTCPXR. You cannot use the Yealink W56H handset without a base station.

This range of devices requires a Dect base which manages the devices.
Then you need a subscription with a Web operator that allows SIP-type connections.
Personally, I use and offer Peoplefone because the subscriptions make it easy and cheap to connect this type of device.
To avoid the Dect base, it is possible to use a Wifi tel which allows you to connect directly to the tel network using Wifi coverage. Granstream offers this solution: Grandstream Grandstream WP810
