I would doubt this answer. The MVH502AH is theoretically the flat-base version ;-)

Unfortunately, this head does not fit the tripod mentioned. For this you need a video tripod which is equipped with a 75mm half shell: Manfrotto Manfrotto Pro Video Aluminium Tripod (Aluminium)
