No she has not
In retrospect, I would buy a lighter model. It's great for ski touring but a bit too heavy for jogging.
No red or green light. Its competitor, the Storm 500 from Black Diamond, is therefore more complete and lightweight, with better protection against water. Black Diamond Storm 500-R
