Yes, since the Yamaha WXAD-10 supports DLNA, this also makes the device UPnP-capable. See:

There are countless alternatives, but due to the good sound and MusicCast (I myself own several Yamaha devices that can be centrally controlled with it), I can clearly recommend the Yamaha WXAD-10.
