Does this product for 219.- (230W) already include the cable to the laptop with charging function?

The cable is an inseparable combination with Thunderbold USB C and the power supply for the laptop (this must have both plugs next to each other, otherwise the cable will not fit) - but the cable can also be replaced itself (unscrew the lid and plug in another cable).
