Question about Noctua Nh-D15
Does this product come with the AM4 mounting-kit? Does this product fit Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard without it/with it?

Yes, it comes with the AM4 kit, but i am using it with an intel processor.
You can check the compatibility of the motherboard on the Noctua website.
They have a very detailed support page, you can find everything there. Very professional.

As mentined before, make sure that you have a big pc case, because the cooler is quite huge. You will find the compatibilty on the cases also.
(I have the Be Quiet Dark Base 900 case.)

As you can read in the features of the fan, it is 100% compatible with AM4 main boards. The size it is standard in all main boards, for this reason you shouldn't have problems in use with the specified Asus main board.
BUT 2 THINGS in have in consideration:
1. That the mainboard integrated heatsink don't have more of 5cm of height (due can make hard the installation), seeing the photo of the Asus one I don't see problems at first look, but check it before to be sure 🙂
2. That your PC case has more of 20cm of with, take in consideration that Noctua is a big fan, for this reason a basic/cheaper PC case dimensions are not enough save all big components (I recommend you purchase a gaming dedicated case)
