Question about Razer Naga Pro
Does this mouse have an intermediate plug or is it connected directly?
There is also a totally overpriced dock to charge the mouse....

Plug-in? I'm not sure what you mean exactly...
It can be connected directly by cable via USB.
You can also use the 2.4hz usb plug that comes with it.
Option 3 you can pair it via bluetooth (but there is some latency sometimes).
