Does this model also have a problem with the INCR/DECR potentiometer? I'm about to send mine back as it's faulty in this respect.

No, no problem for me on the INCR/DECR potentiometer (not that I used it much, but it works on DCS - used it for the antenna elevation). However, its behaviour is iffy (meaning that it increments as long as it's after the "0" line and decrements once it's below it). Maybe you see the same?
