Question about AsRock B450M Pro4

In my budget build, I used this motherboard and Ryzen 5 2600 and had to clock my 3000MHz ram to 2933MHz to keep it stable.

I have already bought a Ryzen 7 2700x and as I read it should run at 3200Mhz.
