Does this lens come with a hood?

Yes, it does. With this one:

Regardless of the hood, I can tell you this lens is simply incredible. Probably the best in micro 4/3 world and one of the best in general. The results are easily comparable to my full frame 50mm 1.8G Nikkor lens which is top of the tops. In the 4/3 world this lens is a must in my opinion.
