Almost, it is a regular CH_keyboard. So it has ä,ö and ü - the Ä, Ö and Ü can be reached with CapsLock.

Yes this keyboard has ä,ü,ö. See Keyboard layout Switzerland. It may not be obvious that this is the CH German keyboard.
