Question about Logitech MK540 Advanced

Does this keyboard and mouse work on macOS? This operating system is not listed in the specifications but I understand that it can still work. Has anyone who has bought it done so?

Yes, it can work except that the keys are not suitable for a Mac, so we do not recommend choosing it for this purpose. You may be restricted in the use of shortcuts for example.

I'll leave the question open though if anyone wants to share their experience with it.
