Does this dock provide 0-80% fast charging in 45 minutes also for the Apple-watch?
No. It's classic, slow charge overnight.
I charge the apple watch in a hefty hour - I don't know if the 80% is done in 45 min, but it doesn't take much more than an hour for a full charge.
