Question about Yealink Sip-T48s
Does this device work when connected via a Fritz!Box attached to a UPC Giga Connectbox in bridge mode? Connection would be via LAN to the Fritz!Box and then via Y-cable to the Connectbox. Thank you in advance for any relevant information!
The following worked for me: Connection of the Fritz!Box via Y-cable (analogue) to the UPC Connect Box, SIP-T48S via LAN to Fritz!Box.
(In addition, I connected the Fritz!Box via LAN cable to the UPC.Connect Box; this enables me to make calls directly on a second line of the SIP-T48S via another SIP provider without multiple analogue/digital conversion).
The exact settings of the Fritz!Box are not available to me at the moment, as the whole thing does not concern me.
The unit only requires a functioning Internet connection. The SIP settings are then made directly on the device or via the web interface or assigned via autoprovisioning via the provider.
