Question about ASUS PROART B650 Creator

The ASUS ProArt B650-Creator motherboard supports WiFi and Bluetooth, but only if the corresponding modules are added. It has an M.2 slot (Key E) for WiFi/Bluetooth modules, but these modules must be purchased and installed separately.

But that doesn't even work if you state that the motherboard is bluethooth and wifi capable! If you have to buy something additional, all electronic devices are Bluetooth and WLan capable according to this logic.
