No, this battery is not suitable for a Smart fortwo. The Smart fortwo EQ is an electric car with a lithium-ion high-voltage battery (17.6 kWh), whereas this is a conventional 12V lead-acid starter battery for petrol models. Only petrol cars like the Fortwo 451 need a 12V battery with similar dimensions (approx. 243x175 mm) and 60 Ah. I am not completely sure about all variants as the data does not cover all models.
