Question about Club 3D Thunderbolt 3 on Dual HDMI 2.0

Does this adapter require a display link driver? If so, is there another solution to connect 2 4K60Hz monitors to one TB4 port? I want to use my graphics card if possible, not a software driver. Thanks for your help ( ;
