Yes, the Jabra Link works fine with MS Teams and Skype. I have already used both with it. What I don't know is whether the Jabra Link works with non-Jabra headsets. I use 2 different headsets, but they are both from Jabra and work perfectly. For PC there is additional software for the configuration of Jabra headsets. But it's not even absolutely necessary.
