Question about StarTech Adapter USB 3.0 to 2.5" SATA III

Does this adapter also run under Windows 10 ? Are there drivers for it ? Who has tested this before ? Please give me feedback, I need such an adapter to run my burner via USB on my Win10 notebook. to my Win10 notebook. If not what is recommended for it? Many thanks in advance
