No, it doesn't. The problem is that the USB interface does not supply enough juice ... I connected the adapter using an adapter, it doesn't work. I therefore opted for the cheap solution, USB cable and connection to the tablet - this way all remote control works and I have the photo as well as the Liveview image displayed excellently.
