Does the unit have 2 x 500GB SSD with RAID 0 ? Can the RAID be easily deactivated in Windows or Bios or do I still have to make changes to the hardware?

It is possible to change this without making a change to the hardware.
It can be changed via the BIOS and Windows must be reinstalled.
