Does the Surface Duo 2 actually have an SD card slot or not? The Mirosoft page says "SD card slot" - but there's nothing about it in the reviews or here in the specifications ... https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/surface/surface-duo-2-features-01e772a5-3272-4e2f-b0cd-53b5b73e8d21 What is valid now?

No, it does not have an SD card slot. Only Sim and eSim are available.
