Question about HP G2

Additional question: what is this stupid comic cable for? Just wanted usb c??

I tested a 13" 2018 and a 13" 2017 on it. Everything works, even 2 monitors (one connected via the dock and the second directly to the Macbook), LAN, USB and even audio if you take the add-on.

The 230W has a special connection cable that can be easily replaced (unscrew the bottom cover and replace the cable).

For me, a good alternative to all the docks.
