Does the multitouch with up to four fingers work for Windows 10 ?

I don't understand which gesture you want to perform with 4 fingers; but the most common ones (zoom, scroll...) seem to work only with 2 fingers, I just tested it. From this I conclude that the keyboard can only recognise 2 fingers...
