Does the monitor have speakers? Because I can't hear anything even though I have everything turned up full...

No, it has no speakers. Only an audio output.
This is used to connect the Dell sound bar or, if necessary, your own speakers to the monitor.
(But it only works if the screen is connected via Displayport or HDMI).
