Does the luminaire maintain the dimming level and light colour when it is unplugged and then plugged back in?

Helpful answer
The light colour yes, but not the dimming or the on/off state. When plugged in, the lamp is always dark and you switch one level higher with each click: On -> Level 1 - 2 - 3 -> Off.
