I own the lens (Super Macro, very satisfied) but on a Canon. Since I only work with Sigma lenses, I know your problem, but I would like to check my answer again:
-> As far as I know, the Sigma Macro 105mm f2.8 is not available with a direct mount for your Sony with E-mount connection. The Sigma website also says the same: No connection for Sony e-mount.
-> On the other hand, there is a Sigma adapter that enables the connection and transfers all functionalities: "The connection converter MC-11 makes it possible to use interchangeable lenses with SIGMA SA mount and CANON EF mount on camera bodies with the Sony E-mount" Sigma info on the adapter:

-> The adapter is also available at Digitec; when ordering, make sure you get the adapter and lens (Sigma or Canon?) in the right combination.
-> The Sigma Macro 105 mm is a super lens in terms of price/performance, I work with it a lot and with great pleasure. But what you should pay attention to:
- The lens is quite heavy, with an adapter your camera will be even more top-heavy.
- The autofocus is not super fast, with the adapter it might be even slower: But: I do 95% of my macros with manual focus and a tripod.
