Theoretically yes, with a Canon EF to Sony E mount adapter and in crop mode. One has to bear in mind that this lens is an APS-C lens and accordingly offers a lot of vignetting with full-frame cameras.
Apart from that, this megazoom is not exactly a resolution monster and can only be recommended to a limited extent.
