No, this (fairly old) model requires a Philips Hue hub (Zigbee protocol) to work. I advise you to choose one of the new models Philips Hue Iris BT which work with the Philips Hub as well as with Bluetooth.

Note: the "remote control" with these home automation lamps is your smartphone or tablet (Android, iOS). It is possible with the Philips Hue hub to use also connected switches (Zigbee protocol) and that the buttons load preset scenes. Before buying this kind of equipment, it is useful to watch some videos on Youtube to understand what you are buying.
