Does the HP LCD Speaker Bar fit with this product or do I need to order the HP S101?

No, the speaker (HP LCD Speaker Bar) definitely does not fit the HP Elite E243i. The mounting is completely different. On the E243i, a rubber lip must be removed from underneath the screen frame. Only then can the speaker bar be hooked in and anchored using the 2 hooks.
