Does the housing also fit the Hero 7 Silver? And is there a matching red filter for it?

Since the housing is now also sold by Digitec in a bundle with the Hero 7, the housing should basically fit:
GoPro Hero 7 Black Premium Kit (12MP, 60p, Black)

GoPro.com does not carry an underwater housing for the GoPro 7 Silver edition. The Silver is also not listed on the compatibility list. So I would answer your question with no.
