Does the head /// Manfrotto MVH502A Pro Fluid Video Head /// go with the Manfrotto MKBFRA4-BH stand?

If you have a 3/8 inch thread on the tripod, then it should definitely work.
However, if the tripod only has a 1/4 inch thread, I would advise against it, as the desired stability cannot be achieved even with adapters.
