Does the Ducky One 2 Mini also have F1, Page up, Delete, scroll lock etc. integrated? And if this is an American layout, can it be configured on the PC?

Yes, these control keys also exist. They are accessible via a key combination with the "Fn" key (right between Windows and Ctrl). This model has a German layout (not Swiss), but you can of course change this via the settings on the PC, but then some of the key labels are no longer correct.
