No, this drive does not support this.
Make sure that the BDXL format (for Ultra HD Blu-ray) is supported.

This drive supports the format:
Verbatim Slimline (Blu-ray drive, CD burner, CD drive, DVD burner, DVD drive, Blu-ray burner)

I don't think so, but I haven't tested it yet, although it has never been necessary.
