Does the device need a memory card? This was not included in the delivery I just received. When the device is switched on, the error message "no card" appears. The memory card should have been included, right?

Hello Sandra,
A memory card is optional. The device has an internal memory of 32MB. I scan a number of photos at a time and then transfer them to the PC using the USB cable.
