Does the console already have games on it or do you have to buy them separately?

Three games are installed: Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels, Ball (Mario version). And that's it :). You can't install any other games. Nevertheless, the small device is legendary, because it was not produced in very large numbers.
