Does the Cash Back promotion also apply to used equipment? If not, the discount of approx. CHF 60 makes no sense (cash back = CHF 100).

Yes, the cashback campaign also applies to used devices, provided that the previous owner had not already registered the phone. This should not be a problem with the as-new + tested devices.
