Does the camera have a rechargeable battery and does the parking mode also work when the camera is connected via the 12V?

The Vantrue N5 Nexus 5 dashcam does not have an integrated battery, so it must be permanently connected to a power source in order to function.
The parking mode works, but only if the camera has a permanent power supply, such as a hardwiring installation or a battery that supplies the camera with power even when the vehicle is switched off. A connection via the 12V connection alone is not sufficient to activate parking mode, as this connection generally only supplies power as long as the vehicle is switched on.
