Does the auto tracking work well, can anyone tell me their experience?

Tracking works quite well in my experience, but it depends on the scene and the object.

Basically, you mark an object to be tracked by drawing a square around it. With faces, a simple touch without "drawing a square" is sometimes enough. I have also tried it with a bar stool and it worked well.

When tracking people who sometimes turn against the camera (the back of the head is visible for a

short time), it can happen that Osmo loses the tracking for a short time and then catches up again, or even loses it completely. But what bothers me personally about Auto Tracking and makes it only of limited use is that the object to be tracked is almost compulsorily centred on the video. When you auto-track a person, the area to be tracked will be mainly in the middle of the video and you have a lot of empty space up to the upper edge. Unfortunately, you can only have a limited influence with the control stick.

Dji Osmo Mobile 3: The Auto Tracking function is very good. The Auto Tracking is also easy to use.
The other functions of the Dji Osmo Mobile 3 are also exceptionally good. The image stabilisation is
perfect. The button functions require some practice.
